Grand Stay Hotel near Sheikh Zayed Road includes a Floor (Level 44) which is an entire Gym Area along with Steam & Sauna Rooms. Ground floor is having the Hotel Reception, Office Areas & Toilets on one side. The latter side consisting of Live Kitchen, Buffet Area & Café.
Project comprises of an AHU which is of 18TR Capacity for the Ground Floor Area and Chilled Water FCUs in L44. Lighting Control is Dali System. MEP Scope includes Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC & BMS works.
