The Pullman Hotel, a 5-star hotel, has set international standards in luxury and business hotel living experience. The project was the refurbishment of 2nd Floor at Pullman City Centre Hotel. The project consist of board rooms and meeting rooms, chillout area, pre-function lounge, breakout area, service corridor, toilets and kitchen area. The challenges included installation of high-level technologies and equipment for flawless service and a 6 month timeframe for completion which was successfully delivered to the client’s satisfaction.

Grand Stay Hotel near Sheikh Zayed Road includes a Floor (Level 44) which is an entire Gym Area along with Steam & Sauna Rooms. Ground floor is having the Hotel Reception, Office Areas & Toilets on one side. The latter side consisting of Live Kitchen, Buffet Area & Café.
Project comprises of an AHU which is of 18TR Capacity for the Ground Floor Area and Chilled Water FCUs in L44. Lighting Control is Dali System. MEP Scope includes Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC & BMS works.
